All-Seal Acrylic Urethane Sealer & Conditioner

One of the two revolutionary products Perma introduced in 2018, All-Seal fits into just about every conceivable product category.

This deep-penetrating, fast-drying water-based urethane-acrylic blend can be used on virtually every hard surface substrate:

  • Sealing unglazed tile and grout against stains, soap scum, and mildew
  • Conditioning & protecting rubber and sheet good flooring
  • Top-coating fitness and ice arena matting after sealing with Perma Onyx
  • Sealing bare wood before applying oil or water-based urethane
  • Sealing terrazzo ahead of diamond polishing
  • Sealing VCT tile ahead of applying All-Coat or another great Perma floor finish

In every case, you will get great coverage (up to 3500sf/gal) and generally just a 10-minute drying time.  Best if applied with a microfiber flat mop.
